sitting, waiting, almost done.

My oh my, I am ready for this day. The 5th of May.

School for Spring 2010 will be over for me by Friday!

I been waiting for this week to be over so I can enjoy myself a little and prepare to pack. I have yet to gather all my much needed things for two months. I still have quite a bit to do, some more vain than other. Get a hair cut, work on my tan, you know the shallow stuff. BUT to the more serious things, I need to tell my bank a week at advance I am going overseas, call my doctor to cancel or reschedule my eye appointment, etc. The mundane things like that. Oh have all the checks written out for my bills.

This is good, as least I remember somethings on the top of my head.

Two things I am mostly worried about: 1.) understanding French. I have not had it in a year. 2.)I do not want to get robbed. I do not have that much to begin with. You know poor college student and all.

A few years ago I was worried I was so behind, but actually, I have been on my track all along. I guess, I didn't see that since all the people around were done and on with their lives, while I was still stuck.

After all said and done, what will I do with insurance...oh adult life.

First Attempt

I will be leaving for Geneva in 15 days. My first travel by plane, jet, and train...I will be on these transportation for the next month and 2 weeks. This is my attempt to keep this blog going as opposed to my personal blog that I update twice a year it seems like. My accounts of my trip will help me have a basis for my independent study for Global Studies. I will attempt to post pictures as well.

Before I leave, there are things I need to purchase, money I need to raise, and people I need to see. There is so much to do in so little time. I have not been able to focus any energy towards my traveling. This is my last semester at MTSU. Well beside summer school, I will be walking down the stage with that expensive piece of paper called a degree.

Oh yes, tomorrow is my Birthday!
